Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiry and service-request forms: your name, phone number, optional email, the product or service of interest, an optional address for service visits, and your message.
• Quotations prepared by our staff: customer name, phone, email, address, optional GSTIN and the quoted items. These are created by our team, usually after you contact us.
• Solar tools: the numbers you enter in the calculators and simulator are processed in your browser. They are not sent to us unless you choose “Request a quote”, which copies a short system summary into the enquiry form for you to review before sending.
• Analytics (only if you accept): pages visited and non-personal interaction events such as “phone button clicked” or “calculator completed”. We do not send names, phone numbers or form text to analytics.
• Technical data needed to run the site securely, such as IP address in server logs and rate-limiting records.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and arrange installation, maintenance, repair or warranty support you request.
• To keep records of quotations we have issued.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it (only with your consent).
• To protect the website against spam and abuse.

Consent and your choices

Forms ask for your consent before submission. Analytics cookies are off until you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner; you can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who we share it with
